The hurricane in New Orleans was a surprisingly rare occurance and the people there ignored warnings to evacuate. It probably has something to do with the celebrities wanting to help the poor minorities of the world too. North Dakota is almost all white people, so many celebrities don't feel guilty about not helping them. We are going up there later this week to pick him up and go to the State Fair in Minot. The people are nice, the crime is low. Summers are beautiful, and the winters are horrible.
