I would say just wear/bring really thick things like snow jackets, snow shoes, snow pants, beanie (maybe), just stuff that will keep you warm. You should also bring maybe a few long-sleeve cloth and maybe one short-sleeve cloth just in case (you never know)

    Can’t you wait until the concert goes to California, or if the concert is only available in ND, then go in the summer

    North Dakota in the winter is one of the worst ideas ever
    Average high is only 26 F, average low, 6F
    record low for December is -43.
    it can get dangerously cold there
    bundle up, dres in layers
    you will need a heavy winter coat, heavy boots, a scarf, hat , gloves or mittens, numerous sweaters
